Why we collect it

  • To send push notifications you have requested (consent)

Betting integration
If you choose to link a betting platform, Watchsport stores only the name of your chosen bookmaker. We do not access your betting account, balance, history, or credentials. Watchsport may receive affiliate commission when you visit a linked bookmaker.
How long we keep your data
  • Account data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Payment records: kept for 7 years as required by HMRC
  • Support messages: kept for 2 years
  • Anonymised analytics: kept indefinitely

Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Watchsport app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
Watchsport provides sports broadcast scheduling information. Broadcast times are provided in good faith but may change. We are not responsible for inaccurate broadcast information.
Your account
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Free and Premium accounts
Free accounts include broadcast listings, a watchlist of up to 5 matches, and 1 favourite team. Premium subscriptions are charged at £2.99/month or £19.99/year. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at end of the billing period. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a full refund, unless you have already used Premium features.
Betting integration
The Bet Now feature links to third-party licensed bookmakers. Watchsport is not a gambling operator. You must be 18 or over to use this feature. Watchsport may earn affiliate commission from bookmaker referrals. Bet responsibly. GambleAware.org or call 0808 8020 133.
Limitation of liability
Watchsport is provided on an as-available basis. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
